Together We Grow and Lamet Habayeb jointly arranged an Arabic cooking class at the Central Methodist Church.
Sixteen people participated making many different recipes and eating the made food together. Everyone got a written copy of the recipes.
We had invited Incredible Edible Todmorden, Central Methodist Church and 3 Valley Vegans to participate in the class along with volunteers from Together We Grow. The local mosque in Todmorden was unable to attend but would like to attend in future.
We are planning to make a second Arabic cooking class. As we could not accommodate everyone in the first cookery class we hope we can get everyone interested to attend the next session.
