We had the second Arabic cooking class at the Central Methodist Church in Todmorden.
The recipes were copied for all the 14 participants – to make it easier for them to repeat the cooking at home.
A great mixture of nationalities and cultures participated. Some Asian women offered to make a Pakistani cookery class after Ramadan.
A collection of £37 was given to the church for letting us use their venue.
