2000 food parcels will be packed tonight, Thursday, from 4 to 9pm and on Friday from 4 to 10pm. Each food parcel will contain 25 meals. A lot of volunteers will be needed.
The packing will take place outdoor, so dress warmly if you are coming. It is at the old Magistrates Court in Rochdale, next to the police HQ and opposite the town hall.
Food, drinks and refreshments are available free of charge inside the old Magistrates Court.
On Saturday two containers will be filled from 1pm – one with clothes and one with food.
