On 24th SEptember we had 21 asylum seekers and refugees coming to spend a day in Hebden Bridge. We had some time in the park, walked along the canals and went to Katie’s house for drinks and snacks. We then walked around Hebden Bridge, saw the Town Hall, Innovation, Spiral, etc before all walking up to the Steeps to Lynette and Fran’s house for a lovely lunch with Arabic and English food. Visiting the Something Sweet shop was a great success with the children.
