We are very grateful to Halifax Choral Society for giving free tickets to the asylum seekers and refugees so they can go to the concerts at Victoria Theatre in Halifax on 27th November and 1st December. Together We Grow will pay all the transport costs, drinks and ice creams.

We were donated a washing machine and a dishwasher. The washing machine has been delivered to one refugee family and the dishwasher will go to another family.

At our Welcome Festival on 29th October we will now also have someone making figures out of balloons for the children. Does your child want a dog or giraffe? All activities on the day are free, including entrance, cakes, drinks. You can of course give a donation if you want to and can afford it.
