On Saturday 3rd June we took a group of asylum seekers and refugees to the Country Fair in Todmorden. It was a smaller group than usual, only nine, due to it taking place during Ramadan – the Muslim month of fasting.
The trip was a never-the-less a great success – with the children trying a lot of rides, face-painting, play area, watching the animals and having lunch there. Their parents took a lot of pictures and videos to share with their friends.
