A very successful Ceilidh last night at the Birchcliffe Centre in Hebden Bridge. It was a fundraising event in support of Survivors of Torture Activities Fund, STAF.
The Peaceworks Band played twice during the evening, with a break for food and singing first by The Four Hoarsemen and then by The Bright Shiners. Di gave a short talk and there was a raffle with a lot of prices.
Unfortunately, the photographer on the night did not quite do justice to the lovely event. Promise to do better next time! If someone else took pictures on their phone they are welcome to send them to finn.jensen@rocketmail.com.
