In our financial year 2019-20 we spent £14,312.64 and would probably have spent around £17,000 had it not been for the lock-down.
To illustrate some of our biggest costs, rounded up, here is what we spent in 2019-20 before the lock-down:
• Leisure activities: £7,000
• Travel: £3,000
• Food: £2,000.
Special thanks to Mark Simmonds from Co-op Culture who has been teaching us how to use the accounting software GnuCash and helped us making our annual financial reports. Without his help we would have struggled keep a track of all the thousands of paid expenses and the many different funders and individual donations.
