Thank you to Little Theatre in Hebden Bridge for inviting experts by experience (refugees and asylum seekers) to visit the theatre and see if any of them want to be volunteers there.
Six came and two more might be interested.
After over an hour at the theatre we went to Leila’s Kitchen for some lunch.
We also told the young people about a full-time free course in Todmorden starting on 6th September and running for six months. The course is preparing young people from the age of 16+ to have the skills for green jobs dealing with climate change.
