More refugees, asylum seekers and volunteers had a chance to try outdoor bowling for the first time on Tuesday 19th April. And they all loved it as it is something everyone can do and the bowling club had invested in more games.
After the bowling we went to the Kindness Cafe for a warm, lovely lunch: pies, salads, breads and for pudding there were tons of cakes and ice-creams. The cafe invites them all back to have free meals and drinks on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays between 10 am and 3 pm.
After lunch some went back to the park for the play area, others wanted to walk around Todmorden while some wanted to go back home.
