Have you ever heard of Newroz?
Newroz is the New Year for around 300 million people worldwide, celebrated by Persian, Afghan and Kurdish people. It also marks the first day of Spring.
We celebrated this at The Piece Hall from 2 – 5 pm with poetry, music, dancing and more.
