St Augustine’s Centre and Together We Grow were invited to a former farm between Walsden and Littleborough as they want refugees and asylum seekers to visit the place.
They were much wants to create a sustainable place using local wood, having workshops, courses, allotment, orchard, etc.
Together We Grow was also invited by Calderdale Cares to a social for the Ukrainian refugees. There were about 60 people at the Good Shepherd Church in Mytholmroyd, plenty of food and lovely music.
Our walking group also had a nice walk from Nutclough round Old Town in Hebden Bridge.
